Job Description:
1. Conduct policy research and market trend analysis for renewable energy
2. Develop solar power projects in target countries and meet company performance targets
3. Build and maintain networks with key partners such as government agencies, power companies, and financial institutions
4. Coordinate collaboration across multicultural teams, including design institutes and contractors
Qualifications:
1. Nationality: Citizens of the target country
2. Language Requirements: Proficiency in Chinese (C1+ level, HSK 5 certification required) + English/French at business negotiation level
3. Industry Experience: Experience in renewable energy project development, with expertise in PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) negotiation
4. Network: Candidates with connections in African government agencies, power sectors, or large enterprises are highly preferred
